Petrane Reddick’s journey in the world of aesthetics began with her roles as Lead Arch Expert and Counter Manager for Benefit Cosmetics at Macy’s and Ulta’s Brow Bar. With a background rooted in Public Relations and Marketing, she mastered the art of customer service, which paved the way for her leadership in the beauty industry.

As a Licensed Medical Hair Removal Technician and Educator, Petrane’s expertise was further honed when she obtained her Medical Assistance License and gained invaluable experience working in a leading dermatology practice. There, she specialized in Medical Hair Removal and advanced esthetic procedures. Driven by a passion for education and a deep understanding of the science and physics behind hair removal, Petrane sought to expand her impact by becoming an Advanced Master Educator.

With a commitment to excellence, Petrane has worked with major beauty schools across South Florida, helping countless students complete their programs in Skincare and Laser Hair Removal. She is particularly proud of the high success rate her students achieve on state-administered examinations.

Petrane lives by the words of Maya Angelou: "When you learn, teach. When you get, give." This philosophy is at the heart of BASI, where we believe in sharing knowledge, empowering others, and creating opportunities for success. Her collaborative spirit has led to successful partnerships with other training institutes and equipment manufacturing and branding companies, further enhancing the resources available to BASI students.
